CNC Shearing

Press Shop from 10T to 150T presses

CNC Bending

Tig Welding Machine for stainless steel welding
When it is a matter of commutation & vehicles it is a given that the system will be exposed to different climatic conditions & adversities. CO2 Welding Machine for mild steel welding

Powder Coating Plant

The rakes that we produce are painted in best & durable colours. This is because of our powder coating plant. We use powder paint technique instead of spray paint technique for the former is more long lasting. This is primarily due to the fact that no solvent is used in case of powder coating and in absence of solvent chemical reactions are limited and thus the depreciation is less. We use polymers like epoxy, polyurethane and acrylics for pain coating. These are either themosettingly or thermo-plastically dry powdered evenly over the rake and then projected under heat treatment to harden the coat.

Tube Cutting Machine
