Our endeavor was inaugurated in the year 2001 at our Pune compound. It was a simple press shop installed metal sheet factory then. But the unyielding rigors of our experienced & skilled administrators, engineers, marketers and workforce have allowed us to grow at a phenomenal rate. At regular intervals we have seized opportunities and successfully completed large scale projects. In India, we have associated us with prestigious projects like supplying parts for Delhi Metro, Chennai Metro, Kochi Metro and Lukhnow Metro. And at the international level we worked with renowned endeavors like Nova Bus USA, Alte Technologies Spain, BFG Bahrain, Brazil and so on.
The products that we manufacture in our facilities using updated modern equipment & latest machines are very productive & compliant with the Universal Standards. Essem has well equipped Tig & Mig Welding shop certified with European Norm certificate EN15085-2 CL-1 Level. Aside the welding shop we also have CNC Shearing, TRUMPF Laser Cutting machine, CNC Press Brakes, PressShop, Powder & Liquid Paint shop and other technologies at our disposal.
