Essem Industries is one of the leading manufacturers & suppliers of metal parts for many industries on the global scale. The journey to this fame was laborious yet self-discovering.
The foundations of Essem Industries as a group holding company were established in 2001 at Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra (India) by our founder Mr. Ashfaque Shaikh, then a budding entrepreneur. Through the decades we have outgrown our initial objective of producing metal sheets into one of the biggest suppliers of variant metal parts par international standards to various generic industries.
2001
We started off as a metal sheet manufacturer in 2001 with only a press shop and a powder coating plant in our facility.
2002
In 2002 we obtained the project for making parts for the Kalyani Brakes and for this we installed the spinning machine. The following year was also very fruitful because we bagged the BFG International Bahrain project for production of railway parts.
2003
In 2003 we installed the TiG Welding Machine.
2005
In 2005 we installed the Aluminium Welding Machine to cater to the fabricated metal pars requirement of BFG Philippines.
2008
2008 was the breakthrough year for Essem Industries for we bagged the parts supplying contract for the Delhi Metro project.
2010
In 2010 we also got the Chennai Metro Project. These projects allowed us to bulk up our facility with more welding machineries.
2012
All the recognition we had until 2012 were a learning experience.
2013
But our graduation to the global standards happened in 2013 when we earned the welding certificate EN15085-2 with CL-2 Level during our project with USA based NOVA Bus.

2015-16
In the following year we supplied parts to BFG France & Brazil. Things took a turn in a new direction in 2015-16 when we associated with the Spain based Alte Technologies. Our facility got more versatile with installation of CNC Tube Bending Machine.
2017
In the year 2017 we started making & supplying for Lucknow Metro using Laser Cutting Machine.
2018
In 2018, we stared working on carbon steel implementation and we also added a new paint shop in our facility.
